About me
I had never considered myself the "creative" one in the family, but when my beautiful mom passed away from breast cancer in December of 2013, my whole life changed. I had been a career-driven professional all my life, but as I spent time with my mom in her final days, I knew my life was about to change in a big way. She always saw the beauty in each person she met and in this wonderful state I call home. I picked up a camera in the summer of 2014 and looked through a lens for the first time and the world came alive! I saw that beauty everywhere and have not stopped looking through that lens since.
